Brady Gill

Brady has spent more than twenty years designing immersive group experiences. The kind that pull entire companies out of their day-to-day and into something they didn’t know they needed. He came up through some of the most respected experiential programs on the West Coast before helping build Camp Grounded, where he spent several years working alongside Ben refining a signature style that’s both playful and intentional.

After their years together at Camp Grounded, Brady and Ben co-founded Refresh Events to bring that same craft to private company gatherings. At Refresh, Brady owns the creative direction of every program. He’s the reason a Refresh event feels designed rather than assembled. He’s also the reason our clients keep telling us, “I didn’t know our team could feel like this.”

Ben Hanna

Ben brings an unusually broad operating background to event production. He led growth at CouchSurfing as it scaled past seven million members and $25M in funding. Before that, he ran operations for online auction businesses moving more than a billion dollars in transactions. He then spent several years working alongside Brady at Camp Grounded, one of the most talked-about retreat brands of the last decade.

After their time together at Camp Grounded, Ben and Brady co-founded Refresh Events to bring that same operating rigor to private offsites and large-format company gatherings. The work is built around quiet logistics and an experience the client never has to manage themselves. Ben works closely with every client lead at Refresh.

Emma Toll

Emma is a USC-trained production designer. Her career has moved through film and television into hospitality design and high-end experiential events. Her work spans set design and the kind of detail-driven production that turns a venue into a memory: lighting, signage, table design, the texture of a welcome moment.

Emma was also crucial at Camp Grounded, where she worked alongside Brady and Ben and held the whole operation together with sharp backend skills and an organizational instinct most production teams don’t have. The events ran the way they did because she made sure the systems behind them did, too.

At Refresh, Emma leads on-the-ground production for every event. She’s the person ensuring the experience our clients pictured is the one their guests actually walk into.
